Put Fondly on this computer.

Fondly is not in the Chrome Web Store yet, so there is no one-click Chrome button. Here are the two ways in that work right now.

Microsoft Edge — one click

The Edge listing is live. Open this on the computer you want it on, then choose Get.

Google Chrome — about a minute

  1. Download the extension using the button below, then unzip it. Keep the unzipped folder somewhere permanent: Chrome runs it from that folder.
  2. Open a new tab and go to chrome://extensions (type it in the address bar; links to it are blocked by Chrome).
  3. Turn on Developer mode, top right.
  4. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
  5. Open a new tab. Fondly is there.

Two things to expect. Chrome shows a "disable developer mode extensions" prompt on some launches: that is normal for a folder install, and you can dismiss it. And this copy is separate from the store copy, so when the Chrome Web Store listing goes live, remove this one and install from the store. Photos live in the extension's own on-device storage and do not carry across between the two.
